The EEO Team

Eastern Europe Outreach serves widows, orphans, elderly believers, and needy families through trusted workers in Romania and Moldova. These men help connect practical care with faithful gospel ministry in the communities where they serve.

Where We Serve

EEO works through local believers who know the language, churches, villages, and needs of the people they serve. The team currently includes workers serving in Suceava, Moldova, Vaslui, Botosani, and among the Roma.

SuceavaStefan Harasemiuc serves in Suceava County, near the northern border of Romania.
MoldovaViorel Daneliuc serves in the Republic of Moldova, bringing encouragement and practical help through the EEO ministry.
VasluiMaricel Dubei serves in Vaslui County and helps care for widows, the elderly, the sick, and needy believers.

Maricel Dubei

Maricel Dubei

Vaslui County

Maricel ministers in Vaslui County. He was born in Romania in 1954 and committed his life to serve Jesus Christ at age 15. Maricel has twelve children, ten alive today. He serves on the National Council of Elders, an organization that helps oversee the “Christian After the Gospel” assemblies throughout Romania. He began full-time work with EEO in 2000.

God opened a large door through this ministry for the spiritual and material assistance of the widows, elderly, sick and needy believers throughout Vaslui County. This ministry has been a great blessing to the local church in Vaslui City as well as the approximately 30 village churches for which the elders in Vaslui City have oversight.
Viorel Daneliuc

Viorel Daneliuc

Republic of Moldova

Viorel serves in the Republic of Moldova. He was born into what he describes as a religious family. After a season of personal searching and conviction, he found a New Testament, began to read, and soon found a church of believers. Through that experience he opened his heart to the Lord Jesus and was born again.

After returning home with joy, he faced persecution from his family, workplace, and society. Those trials helped him grow and clarified the burden God had placed on his heart for the people of Moldova. Viorel joined the EEO team in 2004.

I praise God who uses a humble servant like me and I am grateful for the joy and encouragement He pours on us as we worship Him, and for the comfort He provides through the EEO ministry in this country.
Stefan Harasemiuc

Stefan Harasemiuc

Suceava County

Stefan serves in Suceava County. He was born in Negostina, Romania, just a few miles from Ukraine. He was raised in a family of believers and attended church services as a child and teenager. At 19, he personally experienced the miracle of being born again when he decided to give his life, and all that he is, to the Lord Jesus.

Stefan has served as an elder in Church No. 2 in the City of Suceava since 1995. He has ten children and has served with EEO since 2001.

It is not only that we are comforting and encouraging those we visit every day through this ministry, but we have renewed opportunities to share the Gospel with many people who would never come to church to listen to the good news of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.
